Lilly and Carl were one of the first couples befriending me when I arrived in Buffalo in 1964 and boarded in the neighborhood with a close family friend of the Knerrs. Lilly baked the best Kirschwassertorte I ever ate in my life, and often baked it when she invited me over. Myra and I wish our heartfelt condolensces to Paul and Heidi and their families. Besides her church friends, Lilly provided abundant loving care and comfort to many families with children in the Neonatal Department at Children's Hospital in Buffalo.

Dear Family of Lilly,
We are very sorry about your loss. Lilly was a wonderful and caring person, and everyone in the Swiss Club of Buffalo & WNY enjoyed her company at our annual events. We all will miss her smile and kind personality. She baked the most delicious Schaffhauser Zungen cookies for all to enjoy!
May your memories help you during this difficult time; and God bless.
With sincere sympathy,
Irene Frosolone
