Angie and Daughters,
So sorry to learn of Jack's passing. Twenty years ago I spent some time with all of you in Rochester while I attended a conference- Jack was simply an amazing host. Always remembered him growing up. (He and my dad were first cousins, and we would see your family from time to time in Scranton or Redding). I knew Jeanne too- what a wonderful person and tragically sad loss. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

I first met Jack at Einstein when I was a representative with another film company during 1973 in Philadelphia. We became solid professional colleagues. From time to time, we would follow one another participating in educational symposiums for the ASRT and the like. Jack had recently launched his first illustrated text book. During June of 1980, Jack arranged the opportunity for me to interview with John Fink at Kodak/HSD. John Fink and others hired me and I began my wonderful journey through Kodak during October of 1980. If it were not for Jack, that never would have happened.
He was my mentor, a dedicated professional and a person I will never forget. Society has lost an outstanding profesional/educator.

Jack touched so many lives in so many ways. Working with Jack on the new Kodak text "Fundamentals" brought so much more than I could have imagined. I expeceted to learn and partner from one of the true masters in our field. Unexpected was the chance to expereince Jack's wit, deep commitment and genuine love for his colleagues, patients, and of course his family, who he held most dear. I am blessed to know and love this most beautiful soul, who left the world with a better image of itself.

My first contact with Jack was in the mid-70's when I joined Kodak and as part of my field sales representative training Jack made many visits to our MEC campus to give my class education in anatomy and radiologic technology. His sessions were always highly enjoyable and informative, and his enthusiasm, inexhaustible humorous anecdotes, and his uncanny ability to make complex things understandable were his special gifts. When he heard we were being transferred from Ohio to Rochester in 1988, he and Angie worked to get my wife Peggy a job as R.T. instructor at Genesee Hospital. We will always remember how Jack and Angie touched our lives. Kodak and the world have lost a giant. Rest in peace, Jack. Your family is in our prayers.

Jack was my mentor and had a huge influence on my life. He taught me so much and a lot of it was the very subtle, delicate skillful things that Jack was such a master at. Watching him when I was in sales was like watching a fine piece or art at work. His influence and guidance was a huge part of my life. I cherish all of what this terrific man taught me. Jack is loved by many, respected by thousands and he will be missed by all of us that knew him. I am so sorry that we lost this man!! My heart goes out to Angie and family.

A poem that helped me when my Mom passed.
Do Not Stand at My Grave and Weep
Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there... I do not sleep.
I am the thousand winds that blow...
I am the diamond glints on snow...
I am the sunlight on ripened grain...
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you waken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of gentle birds in circling flight...
I am the soft star that shines at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry—
I am not there... I did not die...
