Obituary of John E. Cullinan

Cullinan, John (Jack) E. Rochester: Jack beloved husband and father, died as he lived, with dignity and grace on April 22nd at age 81, surrounded by his wife, children and grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents, John & Mary; daughter, Dr. Jeanne Cullinan, brothers, Edward (Marie) & Thomas. He is survived by his loving wife, Angie of 59 years; children, Mary Pat “Patty” (Bob) Spinelli, Diane Joy (David) Boots & Teresa “Terry” (Kip) Fyke; grandchildren, Angela (Tim) Thompson, Adam (Crystal) Gomez, Elizabeth (Casey) Robisky, Christopher Spinelli, Kevin (Meghan McAdam) Gomez, Melissa (Patrick) Carney, Leah Cullinan Fyke and Amanda Cullinan-Spinelli; great grandchildren, Tara Jeanne Carney, Bailey Carney, and Abigail Cullinan Robisky; also by many cousins, nieces, nephews, Angie’s siblings and their spouses, and many extended family members & friends. Jack, a former radiologic technology administrator and author of several textbooks was a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) and was elevated to Fellow in the ASRT and granted Life Membership in the ASRT National Society, the NYS Society of Radiologic Sciences, and the Philadelphia Society of Radiologic Technologists in recognition of his contributions. Prior to retirement, he was employed at Eastman Kodak Company, Health Sciences Division, as Clinical and Technical Support Director.
